Physical Health and well-being.
The overall performance of a quality lifestyle is achievable when the state physical wellbeing is in place and supporting this initiative, we designed our curriculum to include behavior choices to ensure health, avoid preventable diseases and conditions, and to live in balanced state of body, mind and spirit To ensure physical health and mental wellbeing is maintained we encouraged the teenagers, the youths and the elderly to take part in exercise, engage in hobbies, eat a balanced diet, adequate sleep and have time for fun with friends and family.
Wellbeing development is shaped by both hereditary and environmental factors which promote mind development, learning and ability to engage in daily routine of life.
